PHASE 3: SPACE PLANNING

• Review preliminary space plan based upon
  programming requirements obtained from Phase 1 and client questionnaire.
• Draft ¼” scale preliminary floor plan that includes the delineation of demised premises, interior partitions, openings, doors, casework and typical furniture arrangement.
• Address any revisions.
• Review and sign off on final approved space plan.

PHASE 4: DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

• Develop preliminary color/finish palette for presentation.
• Refine color/finish palette for final design.
• Select finishes for equiptment and exterior.
• Develop soffit and ceiling design concepts.
• Select specialty lighting and glasswork.
• Develop interior and/or exterior elevations for design concept.
• Select furniture, fabrics and accessories.
• Begin finish legend and specifications for construction documents.
• Prepare preliminary budget for furniture, flooring, wallcovering and interior materials.
• Prepare color board
