PHASE 5: CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS

• Basic Construction Documents to include: Construction plan and notes.
• Reflected ceiling plan, lighting legend and notes.
  
• Coded furniture plan.
• Door and window schedule and specifications (as required)
• Finish schedule and specifications selected from design palette.
• Elevations of reception casework and specialty casework.
• Develop all casework drawings.
• Basic interior elevations as required for permit (i.e., H.C.R.R.).
• Basic construction details as required for permit.
  
• Coversheet-including location map and code information (if required.)
• Site plan and exiting requirements (if required.)
• Review shop drawing submittals.
• Creation of Spec Book.

PHASE 6: CONSTRUCTION/PROJECT ADMINISTRATION

• Coordinate drawings for client with subcontractors.
• Collate drawings for permit submittal.
• Obtain permit submittal (if required).
• Site meetings with contractor and subcontractor coordination/review.
• Correspondence, notes, and project information/maintenance.
• Punch list.
