Our Projects

Val Verde

54 photos This 4200 square foot home was living in the 80's. We took down lots of walls, reconfigured the kitchen and refurbished, refinished and refreshed every single surface in the home.

Industrial Farmhouse meets a Nichols Hills Ranch

59 photos This 1950-something ranch in Nichols Hills got a complete makeover from top to bottom. Massive beams were installed to support the structure after multiple walls were removed. Special arrangements were made on door heights and the master vanity height to accommodate our 6'10" professional basket ball player client.

Belle Isle Bombshell

6 photos My clients had enjoyed their old world kitchen before, but were ready for a big change, and change we did. Structural walls were taken down and supported with engineered beams in the attic to transform this formerly closed off kitchen into a wide open and free flowing centerpiece. .

Nichols Hills Master Bedroom, Bath & Closet Remodel

23 photos We took a funky closet and bathroom that had the strangest layout ever and reconfigured the spaces entirely including moving walls and raising ceilings. We turned it into a master bathroom retreat to enjoy. The bedroom already had good bones, but we kicked it up a notch by taking out the dinky fireplace surround and building a hearth and surround to be envied. Lots of other mill work was added in the spaces everything look super high end.

Luxury Bath & Bedroom Remodel in Edmond

14 photos A dark and dated bathroom had worn out it's welcome and needed a total makeover. We gutted the space and reconfigured the layout. Large soft gray floor tiles with carrara marble inlays and a dramatic sparkling feature wall set the stage for a beautiful soaker tub and the custom bubble chandelier above it.

Silver Lake - Whole House Remodel

9 photos This 4000+ square foot home is situated on a hard to find lakefront lot right in the heart of the city. The young and super active homeowners wanted an open floor plan similar to the new construction they were moving from and full views of the lake. Multiple walls were removed, ceilings were raised and a half bath near the kitchen was taken over to add even more space to this huge cooks kitchen. Two bathrooms were updated as were four of the five bedrooms. The client/owners were actively involved in decision making and material selections. This project was completed in 72 days.

A Great Cook's New Kitchen in Edmond

8 photos Our self proclaimed retired stay at home mom had lived with the kitchen that came with the home they purchased for over 10 years. After much research and planning she hired us to bring her new dream kitchen to life. We gutted the kitchen, reconfigured the space and built new custom cabinets with loads of cool features. Quadrupling the size of the kitchen island gave this cooking client and her husband loads of additional prep space with plenty of room to move around. Eliminating an underused desk area in the breakfast nook gave us the opportunity to build a super functional pantry for a super organized cook. My talented and crafty client repainted all of the living areas herself with a pretty taupe and cream color palette we selected together. We finished off this project by replacing the old honey oak wood floors and tile downstairs with beautiful hand scraped hickory hardwoods.

Quail Creek Kitchen Remodel

9 photos This traditional yet super cool kitchen with painted white cabinets is packed full of storage features and has an island with with a microwave drawer, beverage refrigerator and pull out spice rack. There is a full height pantry cabinet with pull out shelves and a bar height peninsula with room for 4 barstools. We reconfigured the entire kitchen floor plan and used an area that was previously wasted space and built a super functional mudroom with cubby storage, magnetic chalkboard wall and a desk with a charging station. A last minute change order had us updating a powder room too so that it would look as pretty as the neighboring kitchen.

Vintage Florida Beach Condo Transitional Beach Style Remodel

13 photos This project was about transforming a vintage 1974 beachfront condominium into a family vacation beach destination. I wanted the feel to be beachy without being cliche. Prior to the remodel the kitchen was completely enclosed by walls and had a dropped ceiling. We took down the walls, raised the ceilings in the kitchen and baths and re-routed electrical, heat/air ducts and water lines. As the ceilings are concrete and could not be cut, we used wire mold to bring power to the ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. The result was an open airy space great for relaxing and enjoying the wide open views of the Gulf.

Run-down Ranch gets Glam in Belle Isle

22 photos This ranch with a rich and storied history had the same owners since it was built in 1956. The owners were both anthropologist and the home itself looked like an archive when we took over. Multiple walls were removed, a work shop in the garage was reclaimed and turned in to a home office and separate laundry room. Large glass doors were installed to view the huge back yard. All plumbing and mechanical systems were brought up to date and then we applied the pretty contemporary finishes bringing this home from anthropologist to modernist.
